There are strong signals that we're headed towards an economic slow-down. Companies and people will cut back on spending and markets may shrink or dry up for a number of years.

What can we do about it? Research shows that companies that thrive during recession cut costs, but keep R&D going, as well as marketing and asset development.

In this talk we'll cover approaches to building products at a time of high volatility, uncertainty and risk. We'll talk about baking agility across the planning stack - goals, idea prioritization, product discovery and delivery, to combat uncertainty. We'll discuss how to empower teams to tackle emerging opportunities and risks, and how to avoid that trap of a set strategy and roadmap that lead us over a cliff.
